Managed IT

Managed IT services in the San Fernando Valley

For businesses too small for an IT department and too serious to wing it. We look after the computers, accounts, email and cloud your work depends on, and you get one number to call when something breaks.

What a care plan covers

01

A person to call

Not a ticket queue that answers in three days. You reach the people who set your systems up and already know how they are put together.

02

Accounts and devices

Starters, leavers, new laptops, forgotten passwords, access that should have been removed months ago. The routine work that quietly stops being done.

03

Patching and monitoring

Updates on a schedule rather than when something breaks, and monitoring so we find out before you do.

04

Backups that restore

Tested against a real restore, because a backup nobody has restored from is a guess.

Managed IT support without the runaround

Most small businesses end up with a web person, an email person, a phone person and whoever set up the server four years ago. When something goes wrong, each one is confident it is somebody else's problem. We hold the whole stack, so there is one place the question goes and one place the answer comes from.

What we manage

Workstations and laptops, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants, identity and single sign-on through Entra ID or Active Directory, mobile device management, cloud hosting on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, DNS and domains, and the backups underneath all of it. If it is part of how your business gets work done, it is in scope.

Flat monthly, scoped in writing

A care plan is a fixed monthly figure agreed up front, not an hourly meter that punishes you for calling. You should be able to ask a question without doing arithmetic first. If your headcount or your systems change enough to move the number, we tell you before it moves, not after.

Common questions about managed IT

How fast do you respond?
Within one business day for anything routine, and straight away for anything that has stopped you working. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Pacific, and those are the hours the phone is actually answered rather than the hours we would like to advertise.
Do you charge per user or a flat rate?
A flat monthly rate, scoped to your business in writing before it starts. Per-user pricing makes hiring somebody an IT decision, which it should not be.
Do you come on site?
Yes, across the San Fernando Valley and the wider Los Angeles area for anything that genuinely needs hands on hardware. Most issues are solved remotely and faster that way, but some things need somebody standing in front of the machine.
We already have someone. Can you just cover the gaps?
Yes. Plenty of businesses have somebody capable handling the day-to-day and want backup for the parts nobody has time for: the backups, the patching, the email configuration, the account clean-up. We can take a defined slice rather than the whole thing.
Are we locked into a contract?
No long tie-in. Every domain, mailbox and cloud account is registered in your name from the start, so if you leave there is nothing to untangle and no hostage to negotiate over.
