Microsoft 365 and business email setup in Los Angeles
Email on your own domain, configured so it lands in the inbox and nobody can send as you. One sign-in across your apps, and devices that are actually managed.
What you get
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Set up properly on your domain, with the licensing that fits your headcount rather than the one with the biggest margin.
Mail that reaches the inbox
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified, so your mail is trusted and your domain cannot be spoofed.
One sign-in
Entra ID or Active Directory so your team has a single login across everything, and access can be removed in one place when somebody leaves.
Managed devices
Intune or equivalent, so a lost laptop is an inconvenience rather than a breach.
Business email that actually gets delivered
Mail sent from a domain without SPF, DKIM and DMARC is treated as suspicious by every major provider, and the sender is usually the last to find out. Invoices land in spam. Quotes go unanswered. Worse, an unprotected domain is one anybody can forge, which is how a convincing invoice from your address reaches your own customers. We configure all three, verify them against real delivery, and move the domain to a policy that actually rejects forgeries rather than one that only watches them.
Migrations without a day of lost mail
Moving from a hosting-company mailbox, an old Exchange server, or a pile of personal Gmail accounts is the point where most businesses lose mail. It is avoidable. Mail is synchronised before the domain cuts over, the change happens outside working hours, and the old system stays reachable until we are certain nothing is still arriving there.
Identity and access, set deliberately
Access should be granted on purpose and reviewed, not inherited by accident because somebody changed roles two years ago. We set up single sign-on so there is one identity per person, multi-factor authentication on every account rather than only the ones that ask, and a joiner-leaver process that actually removes access on the day somebody leaves.

IT support across the San Fernando ValleyCommon questions about email and cloud setup
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which should we use?
- For most small offices it comes down to what your team already knows and what your industry expects. Google Workspace tends to suit teams that live in a browser and collaborate on documents constantly. Microsoft 365 tends to suit teams that need real Excel, Windows device management through Intune, or work with clients who assume Outlook. Both are solid. We will tell you which fits, and we have no incentive to push either.
- What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC actually do?
- They are three DNS records that together prove your mail is really from you. SPF lists which servers are allowed to send for your domain. DKIM signs each message so tampering is detectable. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do when a message fails the first two, and reports back on who is trying to send as you. Without them your legitimate mail is more likely to be filtered and your domain is trivial to forge.
- Can you migrate our existing email without losing anything?
- Yes. Mail, contacts and calendars are synchronised to the new system before the domain switches over, so nothing is in flight when it does. We do the cutover outside your working hours and keep the old mailboxes reachable afterwards until we have confirmed nothing is still landing there.
- How long will our email be down during the move?
- It should not go down at all. A properly staged migration means people keep working through it. The visible change is usually that Outlook or their phone asks them to sign in once.
- Do we need our own domain for email?
- Yes, if you want to be taken seriously. A quote from a gmail.com address is the fastest way to look like you might not be around next year, and you cannot protect an address you do not control.
