Remote first, on site when it matters
Email configuration, cloud work, account changes, patching, monitoring and most troubleshooting are done remotely, which means they are done in minutes rather than after a drive. What genuinely needs somebody present — hardware, network cabling, a new office fit-out, a machine that will not boot — is what we come out for. You are not paying for a van to sit in traffic on a job that could have been finished before it left.

Common questions about our service area
- Do you charge extra to come on site?
- Not within the areas listed above for clients on a care plan. For one-off project work we say up front whether a visit is included in the quote, so nothing arrives as a surprise line item.
- We're outside these areas. Can you still help?
- For remote work, almost certainly, and we have clients further out. For anything needing regular on-site attention, we will tell you honestly if you would be better served by somebody closer. That answer costs us work and saves you a bad year.
- Do you work with businesses in Spanish?
- Yes. Everything we do is available in English and Spanish, including the calls, the documentation and the written scope. Every page of this site exists in both.
